Can I use Axle with Home Assistant?

Yes. You can keep control of your battery through Home Assistant or other third-party scheduling software. In Events Only Mode, we only dispatch during grid events, and the rest of the time your setup runs however you've configured it.

On Events Only mode, Axle sends export commands to your system during events, even if you're managing your system through Home Assistant. So during an event, Axle takes over the export; outside of events, your Home Assistant setup runs as normal.

If you'd rather stay in control during events too, that's what Self-Dispatch Mode is for. In that mode Axle doesn't send any commands to your inverter during an event, and your Home Assistant setup handles the export itself.
